Tanggung Jawab
1. Monitor and control the use of chemicals in the production process
2. Ensure that all chemicals used comply with New Balance’s quality, safety, and compliance standards
3. Oversee the adhesive mixing, chemical handling, storage, and disposal processes in accordance with procedures
4. Analyze quality issues related to chemicals
5. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects
Kualifikasi
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
2. Experience in the footwear manufacturing industry is preferred
3. Understanding of the processes and characteristics of the chemicals used in production
4. Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills
5. Proficiency in English
