Tanggung Jawab
- Create engaging scripts and content briefs for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and CPAS campaigns
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, storytelling, and CTA aligned with brand objectives and target audience
- Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior to create relevant and high-performing content
- Adjust content direction and writing style based on KOL/talent persona
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and KOL teams for content development and execution
- Review and revise storyline/script direction to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Support campaign ideation and contribute fresh content ideas based on current trends
- Ensure content delivers strong engagement, awareness, and conversion performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree from Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, or related major
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same field
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Familiar with KOL campaigns, content marketing, and soft-selling content
- Creative, communicative, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Portfolio of scripts, content briefs, or campaign content is preferred
- Understanding of engagement metrics, CTA, and CPAS is a must
