Tanggung Jawab

• Manage end-to-end export operations, including export documentation preparation and compliance with international trade regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and government authorities to ensure efficient shipment execution and on-time delivery of international orders.
• Maintain accurate export data, monitor shipment performance, resolve operational issues proactively, and support export administration processes including billing, account receivable, and account payable activities.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations within the footwear manufacturing industry
• Good understanding of export procedures, international shipping documentation, and customs regulations
• Strong data management and data analytics skills with the ability to analyze and interpret export-related data
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Responsible, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work
• Willing to be placed in Serpong, South Tangerang
