Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance, Accounting, and Tax Officer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This career-focused position is designed for a professional with 1-3 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of core financial functions and contribute to the long-term success of our organization. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our financial data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing insights that drive business decisions. Responsibilities: In this role, you will oversee the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and on time. Utilizing Accurate Online, you will record daily financial activities and generate comprehensive Financial Reports for management review. A critical component of your role involves managing Tax Compliance, including the preparation and filing of necessary tax documents. You will also collaborate with department heads to support Budgeting and Forecasting activities, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively. Maintaining organized spreadsheets and ensuring all accounting basics are strictly followed is essential for success in this position. Kualifikasi

• Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax roles.
• Candidates must be at least 27 years of age to meet our internal seniority and maturity standards.
• Proven proficiency in using Accurate Online for daily bookkeeping and financial management.
• Strong command of accounting basics and hands-on experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Demonstrated experience in Tax Compliance and the preparation of accurate Financial Reporting.
• Advanced skills in Spreadsheet/Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
• Ability to assist in Budgeting and Forecasting processes with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on-site.
