Tanggung Jawab

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of complex packaging designs and visual systems that define the brand’s market presence.
• Create high-fidelity product mock-ups, prototypes, and advanced 3D renderings to pitch and validate design concepts.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams (Product Development, Marketing, and Digital) to ensure seamless product execution from concept to shelf.
• Architect visual languages, including bespoke iconography, typography systems, and sophisticated color palettes that elevate product appeal.
• Expertly utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to produce industry-standard design assets.
• Oversee the entire pre-press and printing process, including vendor management, material selection, and quality control to ensure flawless production.
• Act as a trend forecaster, staying ahead of global beauty and design shifts to drive continuous product innovation.

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Fine Arts (Seni Rupa), or a related creative field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional design experience, with a proven track record specifically within the beauty or FMCG industry.
• A distinguished portfolio showcasing mastery in product design, complex packaging structures, and brand identity.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and the wider Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem.
• Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., Fusion 360, Rhino, Keyshot, or Blender) is highly preferred.
• Deep technical understanding of printing processes, finishing techniques, and sustainable material sourcing.
• Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to balance artistic creativity with commercial viability.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to mentor junior designers within the team.
