Tanggung Jawab

  • Melakukan proses pemenuhan kebutuhan karyawan
  • Melaksanakan program training regional berdasarkan kebutuhan operasional
  • Melakukan pengecekan payroll karyawan sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku
  • Melakukan on-boarding kepada karyawan

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang yang sama lebih diutamakan
  • Bisa mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel
  • Memiliki kemampuan kominikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
