Head of O2O Sales & Marketing

GreenSM vehicle business team is looking for a strategic and commercially driven Head of Online-to-Offline Sales to lead our end-to-end omnichannel growth strategy across online and offline channels.
This role will be responsible for integrating digital platforms with offline sales operations, creating a seamless customer journey from online engagement to in-store purchase and conversion.
- Lead and execute the company’s O2O (Online-to-Offline) strategy, integrating digital platforms with offline stores and operations
- Optimize the omnichannel customer journey, ensuring seamless customer experience from awareness, engagement, and lead generation to offline conversion and retention
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, sales promotions, events, and trade marketing activities across online and offline channels
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial performance
- Manage brand communication, social media, website, and marketing content to strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and other internal teams to drive business growth and support product development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8 years of experience in O2O, omnichannel sales & marketing, or integrated commercial strategy
- Experience in automotive, mobility, retail, or consumer-driven industries is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven track record in leading online and offline customer acquisition and conversion strategies
- Strong background in brand management, campaign execution, and performance marketing
- Highly analytical with strong understanding of customer journey, sales funnel, and market insights
