Tanggung Jawab

• Support daily HR operations and employee administration.
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and databases.
• Assist in attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll administration processes.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR documents and records.
• Support HR process improvement and workflow automation initiatives.
• Prepare regular HR reports and operational documentation.

Kualifikasi

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related majors.
• Interested in HR Operations, HR Administration, or People Operations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
