Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Talent back office, from sourcing to onboarding
- Actively source candidates through platform job, social media, communities, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and talent assessment
- Collaborate closely with operations and talent management teams to meet recruitment targets
- Maintain and update talent databases and recruitment records
- Clearly communicate company policies, work systems, and benefits to candidates
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets
- Stay up to date with live streaming and social media trends to improve sourcing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology or Human Resources Management
- English proficiency (written & verbal) as a working language
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition / HR Recruiter
- Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, deadlines, and timelines
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and Administration
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong in time management
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Interest in live streaming, digital content, or startup industry is a plus
- Proactive, fast learner, adaptable, resilient, and results-oriented 💪
