Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the GT/MT sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for General Trade or Modern Trade channels (traditional stores, wholesalers, distributors, supermarket, minimarket, etc ).
- Monitor sales performance, distribution coverage, and product availability in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, GT store, MT store, and key outlets.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper execution of sales and promotions.
- Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Operations teams to support sales programs.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as Sales Supervisor or similar role in General Trade/Modern Trade.
- Experience in beauty/cosmetics industry is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working in the field.
- Able to manage distributors and GT/MT networks effectively
